The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed restricted free-agent forward Mason Appleton to a two-year deal carrying an average annual value of $900,000, the team announced Friday.
The 24-year-old tallied eight points in 46 games last season. He played predominately on the fourth line, averaging 11:10 of ice time per game.
Winnipeg selected Appleton in the sixth round of the 2015 draft.
