Lowry leads RBC Heritage with play suspended due to darkness

The rain-delayed second round of the RBC Heritage was suspended due to darkness with Shane Lowry on top by a stroke. The Irishman had four birdies and one bogey with two holes left to play in his round.

Trey Mullinax trails by a stroke at 8-under while Emiliano Grillo and Dustin Johnson sit at 7-under. All three golfers were able to get their rounds in.

Bryson DeChambeau (+1), former World No. 1 Martin Kaymer (+2), and Francesco Molinari (+3) were among the most notable players to finish the day behind the projected cut line of even par, though Molinari still has six holes left to play.

Round 2 will resume Saturday at 7:45 a.m. in Hilton Head, S.C.
