Hours after the Alliance of American Football announced it would allow its players to freely sign with NFL teams, the Kansas City Chiefs inked former Orlando Apollos cornerback Keith Reaser, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Reaser, who played in one game for the Chiefs in 2017, will receive a deal that includes $100,000 up front, adds Schefter. AAF players were slated to make $250,000 over three seasons.
The defensive back had 12 total tackles, 10 passes defensed, and three interceptions for the Apollos, and was Pro Football Focus' top-rated cornerback.
