Philadelphia Flyers forward Jakub Voracek has been suspended two games for his reverse hit on New York Islanders defenseman Johnny Boychuk on Saturday night, the NHL's Department of Player Safety announced Sunday.

Here's a look at the incident:

Voracek received a five-minute major for the play.

Boychuk left the game with an injury and didn't return. He's considered day-to-day.

The Islanders took exception to the hit. Josh Bailey took a roughing penalty while coming to Boychuk's defense, and once Voracek returned to the ice following the five-minute major, Scott Mayfield unsuccessfully tried to instigate a fight with the Flyers forward.

While leaving the ice, Boychuk pointed at Voracek and appeared to say, "I will get you." After the game, Voracek compared Boychuk's antics to WrestleMania.

The two sides will meet again on March 23.
