TMZ Sports shared a video of the running back riding a jet ski and responding to a fan telling the Steelers to "give my man his f---ing money."
The Steelers fell to 0-1-1 with a 42-37 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Bell, meanwhile, has forfeited $1.7 million by missing the first two games of the season.
