Tennessee Titans safety Johnathan Cyprien joined a long list of players already ruled out for the 2018 season as head coach Mike Vrabel announced Thursday that the 28-year-old tore his ACL, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Originally a second-round draft choice of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013, Cyprien joined the Titans on a four-year, $25-million free-agent contract last offseason.

He started 10 games last year, totaling one sack, one pass defensed, and 57 combined tackles.

Vrabel added that the team has discussed bringing in former San Francisco 49ers safety Eric Reid for a visit, according to Jim Wyatt of Titans Online.

Free-agent Kenny Vaccaro, formerly of the New Orleans Saints, will visit the Titans on Friday, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
