Jim Brown: I'd take Barkley at No. 1, QB at No. 4

Iconic Browns running back Jim Brown wants Cleveland to take one of his own with the top overall pick Thursday.

Brown said he would make former Penn State standout Saquon Barkley the first player off the board, and then focus on snagging a franchise quarterback with the No. 4 overall pick, according to SB Nation's Dan Kadar.

The Browns seem unlikely to follow the 82-year-old's preferred plan, however, as quarterback Baker Mayfield is reportedly set to be the No. 1 pick.

If Cleveland does have eyes for Barkley, though, an early run on quarterbacks could allow the dynamic back to fall into the franchise's lap three picks later, potentially locking down the Browns' backfield for the next decade.
