Report: Earl Thomas skips 1st day of Seahawks' voluntary workouts
Earl Thomas may be setting an early tone ahead of what's currently scheduled to be his final year with the Seattle Seahawks.
Thomas skipped the first day of the team's voluntary workouts Monday, according to Brock Huard of ESPN.
The 28-year-old safety remains under contract for just the upcoming season at a $10.4-million cap hit. The Seahawks were reportedly "listening to offers" for the six-time Pro Bowler earlier in an offseason that has already seen them part ways with defensive stars Richard Sherman and Michael Bennett.

The first mandatory appearance for Thomas - and the rest of the Seahawks - will be the team's veteran minicamp running from June 12 to June 14, at which point Thomas could be fined for any potential absence.
