The Denver Broncos have selected cornerback Isaac Yiadom out of Boston College in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, 99th overall.

The Broncos traded Aqib Talib this offseason, but still boast a standout duo of Chris Harris and Bradley Roby. Yiadom will act as depth but is also capable of being an impactful special teamer.

What the analysts are saying

  • "Yiadom's special teams value may move him ahead of similar cornerbacks in this draft. His man coverage skills need more work, but he has the talent to go from backup to starter within a couple of seasons." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
  • "Excellent blend of height and length for the position. Genuinely enjoys press-coverage ... Lean-framed and lacks ideal bulk. Inconsistent ball skills and leaves production on the field due to finishing issues." - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
