Discussions regarding a potential Erik Karlsson trade went into the final hour ahead of Monday's trade deadline, but No. 65 remains a member of the Ottawa Senators.
The Vegas Golden Knights made the hardest push for Karlsson, according to TSN's Bob McKenzie, but couldn't get a deal done.
Karlsson has one more season left on his contract after the 2017-18 campaign with a cap hit of $6.5 million.
