Jaguars' Marrone downplays Brady injury: 'He could probably throw left-handed'
The Jacksonville Jaguars aren't counting on Tom Brady's hand injury to give them a competitive advantage.
The New England Patriots quarterback reportedly banged his hand in practice Wednesday and was taken for X-rays.
If the Jags are celebrating the possibility of facing the five-time Super Bowl champion in the AFC Championship Game when he's less than 100 percent, they weren't showing it Thursday.
"I'm sure he could probably throw left-handed if he has a problem with his right hand and throw just as well," Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone said, according to Phillip Heilman of the Florida Times-Union.
That's a skill Brady's yet to reveal.
He was, however, spotted back at practice Thursday, wearing gloves on both hands.
Zoomed in on @Westipic so you don't have to. That's a bulky looking thumb Tom Brady's got, no? pic.twitter.com/yIxDa7ZKY3
