Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce suffered a concussion in Saturday's wild-card playoff game against the Tennessee Titans after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit in the second quarter.
Kelce hauled in a 12-yard reception late in the quarter and was drilled by Titans safety Johnathan Cyprien. He needed help getting up and had trouble gaining his footing. He was immediately taken to the locker room.
Kelce, the team's leading receiver in the regular season, caught a 13-yard touchdown pass to put the Chiefs up 14-0 in the first quarter. The Titans rebounded to pull out a 22-21 victory.
