Steelers' Shazier posts 1st tweet since hospitalization

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier has made his first public statement since suffering a back injury in Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals that put him in the hospital.

He was reportedly diagnosed with a spinal contusion late Monday night, and was reported to have movement in his lower extremities Tuesday morning.
