Vancouver Canucks forward Alex Burmistrov didn't mince words when sharing his thoughts on the International Olympic Committee's decision to ban the Russian Olympic Committee from the 2018 games in PyeongChang amid a doping scandal dating back to 2014.
Burmistrov, a native of Kazan, Russia, called the decision "bullshit," according to Patrick Johnston of The Province.
Burmistrov is under contract with the Canucks, so he wouldn't have been able to go to the Olympics anyway, but it's clear he is displeased with the decision.
