Watch: Depay caps 1st career hat-trick with Panenka

Memphis Depay scored the first-ever hat-trick of his senior career Sunday in a 5-0 drubbing of Troyes, and the Dutchman completed the feat with a Panenka penalty to hand Lyon a four-goal advantage in the 70th minute.

It almost wasn't to be for the former Manchester United flop after he and summer signing Mariano Diaz squabbled over the penalty duties. Diaz would go on to score Lyon's fifth, moments from the final whistle, for his team-best eighth goal on the campaign as Les Gones go fourth on 19 points.
