Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce exited Sunday's game against the Houston Texans to be evaluated for a concussion and didn't return.

Kelce caught eight passes for 98 yards in the first half, and took a hit to the head from Texans safety Marcus Gilchrist in the second quarter on what proved to be his final reception of the game. The tight end was soon cleared to return to the field, only to leave again to undergo evaluation.

An official diagnosis has yet to come down, although the Kansas City Star's Vahe Gregorian has since reported Kelce appeared to be in good spirits at the end of the game, one the Chiefs won 42-34 to remain undefeated through five weeks.
