2018 NFL Mock Draft- Quarter Season Edition: Picks 21-32
Every month for the remainder of the 2017 season, theScore's Dane Belbeck and Mitch Sanderson will project the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft using the current standings to predict draft order. Strength of schedule will be used as the first tiebreaker and theScore's weekly power rankings will be used as the second.
21. Tennessee Titans - Harold Landry, DE, Boston College
Landry can play upright as a linebacker or as a typical defensive end. He can be the young, athletic piece on the edge who chases down Andrew Luck and Deshaun Watson for the next decade - Sanderson
22. New England Patriots - Dorance Armstrong Jr., DE, Kansas
The Patriots have the worst defense in the league thus far in 2017, and rank 27th with just eight sacks as a team. Armstrong Jr. immediately addresses that need and gives Bill Belichick a dynamic pass-rusher. - Belbeck
23. Los Angeles Rams - Denzel Ward, CB, Ohio State
Ward is the latest in a stream of Ohio State defensive backs which has yet produce a draft bust. And the Rams are looking for a Janoris Jenkins replacement to pair with Trumaine Johnson. - Sanderson
24. Philadelphia Eagles - James Washington, WR, Oklahoma State

Despite lacking a true No. 1 receiver, the Eagles have still managed to put together a solid passing attack. That will only get better with the addition of explosive playmaker Washington. - Belbeck
25. Pittsburgh Steelers - Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming
Without any glaring holes in the roster and a bevy of talented quarterbacks in the draft class, this will be the ideal time to find Ben Roethlisberger's successor early in the night. - Sanderson
26. Carolina Panthers - Kevin Toliver, CB, LSU
The Panthers still have yet to truly replace Josh Norman since he departed for Washington, and Toliver will immediately improve the backend in a division which includes Jameis Winston, Drew Brees and Matt Ryan. - Belbeck
27. Detroit Lions - Sam Hubbard, DE, Ohio State
Whether Ezekiel Ansah is re-signed this year or not, the Lions need more talent at edge rusher. Detroit has gone to the Ohio State pool before and it's proved to be pretty deep. - Sanderson
28. Denver Broncos- Hayden Hurst, TE, South Carolina
The Broncos add another weapon to the passing attack with the addition of Hurst. The athletic tight end played two seasons of professional baseball, and will give the club its best option at the position since Julius Thomas. - Belbeck
29. Green Bay Packers - Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas
Clay Matthews is losing a step and the middle linebackers could use some help. Jefferson is a versatile front-seven player who the Packers could have plenty of use for. - Sanderson
30. Buffalo Bills - Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame

Since trading away Sammy Watkins, the Bills have been woefully thin at the receiver position. Combining St. Brown with rookie Zay Joneswill give Buffalo a strong receiver pairing for years to come. - Belbeck
31. Atlanta Falcons - Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville
Like last year, the Falcons don't have a major need to fill, so this may be a good chance to load up on more defensive backs. Coach Dan Quinn can never have enough. - Sanderson
32. Buffalo Bills (from Kansas City Chiefs) - Matthew Thomas, LB, Florida State
The Bills' second pick of the first round addresses their aging linebacker corps, as the club will go for Florida State star Thomas. - Belbeck
