Chiefs' Smith rips Trump: 'This is the same guy who couldn't condemn violent neo-Nazis'
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith became the latest player to blast President Donald Trump for his comments on NFL players, following Sunday's 24-10 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Trump implored NFL owners to fire players who protested during the national anthem Friday during a rally in Alabama, but his remarks were widely condemned by athletes and owners alike.

"I find that very alarming… This is the same guy who couldn't condemn violent neo-Nazis but he's condemning guys that are taking a knee during the national anthem," Smith said via ESPN's Adam Teicher.
Smith submitted another strong performance Sunday, going 16-of-21 for 155 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions during the victory.
