Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett once again sat through the national anthem prior to Friday's preseason game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bennett announced on Aug. 13 that he plans to sit through the national anthem throughout the 2017 season and recently stated that white players joining the protest would spur real change.
Ahead of Friday's contest, Bennett was joined for the second consecutive game by Seahawks center Justin Britt, who stood with his hand on his teammate's shoulder during the anthem.
Don't expect Bennett to stop protesting against racial inequality and police brutality anytime soon.
