Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston is one of the NFL's brightest young talents, but even he faces a learning curve during his third professional season.
Winston threw an awful pass in the red zone during a preseason contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars, much to the chagrin of Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter, which was captured on HBO's "Hard Knocks".

"Jameis, you're fucking playing a great game. You're playing a great game. And then your greed takes over. This is real football," Koetter told Winston.
Even after being selected first overall and earning a Pro Bowl nomination in 2015, Winston still has plenty to work on.
