Report: Joe Hart to undergo West Ham medical on Monday
Joe Hart will have a medical at West Ham United on Monday ahead of completing a season-long loan move from Manchester City, BBC Sport's Simon Stone reports.
The English international apparently shut down interest from archrival Manchester United and priced Newcastle United out of its own pursuit to join West Ham. He was made surplus requirements at Manchester City by Pep Guardiola last summer, and subsequently spent last campaign on loan at Torino in Serie A.
Hart's temporary stint at West Ham will see City cover a portion of the goalkeeper's wages, according to Stone, and the paperwork includes an option to buy.

In the 2016-17 term, Darren Randolph and Adrian squabbled over shot-stopping duties at West Ham. The latter could be on this way out of the London Stadium, with The Mirror's Darren Witcoop reporting in April that Espanyol and Athletic Bilbao were eyeing the Spaniard. The Croydon Advertiser's Robert Warlow also speculated about Crystal Palace swooping for Adrian earlier this week.
That potential departure should see Hart an automatic choice between the sticks. First-team football was a requisite for the upcoming season, given that England is preparing for its World Cup conquest in Russia next year. Without regular minutes or with a loss of form, his national team place could be surrendered to the likes of Everton's Jordan Pickford or Stoke City's Jack Butland.
