With T.J. Yeldon off to the NFL, Alabama running back Derrick Henry appears poised to take on a bigger role in 2015.
Henry has been taking his training very seriously, too. He posted several Instagram videos recently (one of which was time-stamped a 4:08 a.m., according to Michael Casagrande of AL.com) of his workout regimen, which includes pushing a Ford F-150 truck around a track and flipping tires.
Henry deleted the Instagram videos, but not before someone could upload them to YouTube:
