Alabama showed why the College Football Playoff committee held it in such high regard earlier this week, storming into Death Valley and hammering LSU 31-13 on Saturday.
The Crimson Tide scored 21 points in the second half after taking a 10-3 lead to the locker room. LSU scored early in the third, but Keelon Russell's beautiful touchdown pass put Alabama up by double-digits early in the final frame.

Russell would add a third touchdown pass of the game a few minutes later, sending LSU fans to the exits early.
More to come.
