Clemson cornerback Derion Kendrick is no longer with the program, the school announced Sunday, according to The Athletic.
No reason for his departure has been provided.
Kendrick missed parts of the 2020 season due to disciplinary issues, according to Matt Connolly of the Myrtle Beach Sun News.
Kendrick has been a top cornerback for the Tigers, winning All-ACC first-team honors in 2020. He recorded one interception, six pass breakups, and 20 tackles during his junior campaign.
The cornerback chose to forego the NFL draft and return for a senior campaign in January.
Clemson was previously set to bring back all 11 projected defensive starters, but the program has since lost three members of its defense.
