Considered one of the best receivers available, Higgins posted 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns on 59 receptions during his junior season in 2019.
The 6-foot-4, 215-pound wideout amassed 135 catches for 2,448 yards and 27 touchdowns in three seasons with the Tigers, helping them win their third national title with an 81-yard, one-touchdown performance in the championship game against Alabama in 2018.
Clemson has produced eight NFL wide receivers since 2013, including three who were selected in the first round of their respective drafts (DeAndre Hopkins, Sammy Watkins, and Mike Williams).
