Shirts supporting Art Briles being sold outside McLane Stadium

Tommy Gilligan / USA TODAY Sports

The news surrounding Art Briles and Baylor the last two days has been front and center on the internet, as well as during the tailgate before the Bears game against TCU Saturday.

Fans were selling black shirts with "#CAB" on the front, the initials for Coach Art Briles.

Friday evening saw Baylor assistant coaches dispute regent David Harper's claim that Briles failed to act on a specific sexual-assault allegation against one of his players.

Then Saturday morning, receiver Chris Platt tweeted that the team's scheduled all black uniforms were also to protest against Briles' dismissal, only to later backtrack after making his account private.

A Briles banner was also hanging from one of the suites.
