Baylor loses commitment from 4-star OT J.P. Urquidez

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

The recruiting losses in the wake of Baylor's decision to fire Art Briles continued Sunday, as four-star offensive tackle J.P. Urquidez announced on his Twitter account that he won't be enrolling at the school.

The 6-foot-6, 300-pounder is ranked by ESPN as the 17th-best offensive tackle in the country, and the 164th prospect overall. He committed to Baylor in January, choosing the school over offers from 20 FBS offers.

Urquidez joins fellow four-star 2016 recruits Patrick Hudson and Kameron Martin in announcing they won't be enrolling at Baylor following Briles' dismissal.
