UNLV is expected to interview New Mexico State's Marvin Menzies for its vacant head coaching job, Gary Parrish of CBS Sports reports.
After being rebuffed by Cincinnati head coach Mick Cronin, the Runnin' Rebels are moving on.
Menzies has been with the Aggies for eight seasons, taking his teams to five NCAA Tournaments and five WAC Tournament Championships. He's posted a 198-111 record over that span.
Prior to getting hired by New Mexico State, Menzies worked as an assistant at UNLV for one season.
