Kansas star Ochai Agbaji will miss Tuesday's Big 12 showdown against No. 20 Iowa State due to COVID-19 protocols, a school official told CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein.
Agbaji has been one of the nation's top players this season, averaging a conference-leading 20.9 points, 4.9 boards, and 1.5 assists over 20 appearances.
The senior guard also ranks third in the NCAA in offensive box plus-minus (9.5) and seventh in 3-point percentage (46.4%).
Agbaji was recently named to the Wooden Award late-season watch list and is a finalist for the Jerry West Award.
Remy Martin, the preseason Big 12 Player of the Year, may start in Agbaji's place against the Cyclones.
