Dosunmu averaged team highs in points (16.6 per game) and assists (3.3) this past season. The 6-foot-5 guard also ranked fifth in the Big Ten in field-goal percentage (48.4%).
The Fighting Illini should be among the conference's top contenders with incoming four-star recruits Adam Miller and Andre Curbelo providing backcourt depth behind Dosunmu.
