One year at Florida State proved to be enough for Jonathan Isaac, as the Seminoles' star freshman announced Friday that he would be officially entering his name into the 2017 NBA Draft.

Isaac made the announcement via Twitter with a video post that saw his mother seated beside him as he thanked his team, his school, and his fans for their support this season.

"I'm here with my mom to officially announce that I've decided to enter the 2017 NBA Draft," Isaac said with his mother by his side. "I'd like to thank all of Florida State for making my time here worthwhile, and a special thanks to all you fans and FSU's amazing staff. I truly enjoyed my time here and its all because of you guys."

Isaac joins a draft class in which he is expected by many to be a top-10 selection, with some even believing that he could come close to being a lottery pick. The 6-foot-10 big man offers a wide array of skills including the ability to rebound as well as shoot from long range, knocking down 35 percent of his shots from beyond the arc.

Isaac averaged 12 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks over 26.2 minutes this season, and proved that he is capable of shouldering a significant portion of offensive responsibility, recording eight double-doubles this season in arguably college basketball's most talented conference.
