Every NBA rookie has a moment early in their pro careers when they are welcomed (see: embarrassed) to the big leagues.

On Friday night, fresh-faced Brooklyn Nets forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson experienced such an event courtesy of San Antonio Spurs star Kawhi Leonard.

The 20-year-old secured the rebound following a Manu Ginobili miss, but was far too casual while attempting to bring the ball up the floor.

Leonard - the 2015 Defensive Player of the Year - had 148 total steals last season which was good enough for fifth best in the entire league.

Having some of the biggest mitts in the NBA also can't hurt.
