Pelicans' Babbitt leaves game vs. Lakers with knee sprain
Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports
New Orleans Pelicans forward Luke Babbitt left Sunday night's game against the Lakers in Los Angeles with an apparent left knee sprain and did not return.
Any injury to Babbitt would be notable as the Nevada product had started three straight games at small forward for the Pelicans, with Tyreke Evans sliding to shooting guard. New Orleans is thin enough on the wings right now with Eric Gordon still out.
