Gary Neal sat out of the Charlotte Bobcats' 116-111 overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday, and it will the same story when his team visit the Orlando Magic on Friday night.

Neal, who is dealing with a sprained left ankle, shot 0-of-8 against the Houston Rockets on Monday and it was clear that the injury was troubling the Towson product.

Head coach Steve Clifford says that Neal "wants to play" but it's clear to him that he's not 100 percent.

"We'll bring him back when he's ready to play," Clifford told ESPN. "He's just not able physically to play right now."
