Mavericks send Ricky Ledo to D-League, has solid debut

On Saturday, the Dallas Mavericks sent rookie guard Ricky Ledo to the Texas Legends, the Mavericks D-League affiliate.

Ledo had appeared in six games for Dallas, playing just 16 minutes in total. He also didn't play in college due to eligibility issues, so the second round pick was expected to spend development time in the D-League at some point this season.

Suiting up for the Legends immediately, Ledo played 23:39 off the bench on Saturday, scoring 19 points with five rebounds and three assists.
