As the entire basketball world awaits LeBron James' free-agent decision, the Miami Heat may have jumped the gun.
The Heat's YouTube channel briefly had a video titled "LeBron James Introductory Press Conference," which was scheduled for July 27.

The team quickly took down the post and later released a statement.
"It was a mistake by the Heat's social media department while preparing for the possibility of LeBron picking the Heat. But there is no validity to it right now," the Heat told Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald.
A Miami reunion is among the reported destinations on James' shortlist. The NBA's all-time leading scorer spent four seasons in South Beach, winning his first two NBA titles and Finals MVP awards.
James averaged 26.9 points, 7.6 boards, 6.7 assists, and 1.7 steals across 294 appearances in a Heat uniform.
Miami president of basketball operations Pat Riley has preached patience as James mulls his next and likely final NBA stop.
But he appeared to hint at potentially adding James during Giannis Antetokounmpo's introductory press conference last week.
"We landed the plane. Now, there's another one we have to land," Riley said, per Heat Central.
