The Washington Wizards are intent on keeping Anthony Davis.
The Wizards aren't listening to trade offers for the 33-year-old and do not plan to deal him, a source told Andscape's Marc J. Spears.
However, the 10-time All-Star is reportedly on the radar of the Golden State Warriors, who hope to bring him in alongside LeBron James this offseason.
Davis has yet to play for Washington after arriving in a trade from the Dallas Mavericks in February and is eligible for an extension this offseason.
The 10-time All-Star and five-time All-NBA pick averaged 20.4 points, 11.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.7 steals per game in 2025-26. However, he played in just 20 contests due to calf, groin, and hand injuries.
Washington already agreed to a four-year, $212-million contract with four-time All-Star point guard Trae Young. The franchise's young core includes Kyshawn George, Alex Sarr, and this year's No. 1 draft pick, AJ Dybantsa.
The Wizards have been to the playoffs once in the last eight seasons. They lost their first-round series in five games to the Philadelphia 76ers in 2021.
