New York Knicks wing OG Anunoby won't play in Friday's Game 3 against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a hamstring strain.
Anunoby appeared to tweak his hamstring following a missed dunk with just under three minutes to play in New York's Game 2 win on Wednesday. The 28-year-old signaled to the bench to be removed from the contest and was reportedly considered day-to-day.
Ugh… looks like a right hamstring injury for OG Anunoby.

However, the Knicks will have center Mitchell Robinson available after he missed Game 2 with an illness.
Anunoby is averaging 21.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.9 steals, and 1.1 blocks through eight playoff games for New York and has been pivotal to Mike Brown's squad as one of the league's top defenders. New York boasts the third-best defensive rating in the playoffs at 103.8 points allowed per 100 possessions.
The Knicks are also posting a 16.3 net rating in ineups that feature both Anunoby and Karl-Anthony Towns - the second-best mark on the team by any duo with at least 100 minutes together this postseason. The top two-man mark belongs to Towns and Josh Hart, whose lineups are outscoring opponents by 17.1 points per 100 possessions in 140 shared minutes.
