The Knicks guard was the only player selected by all 20 voters on the media panel.

Fox led the Spurs' starters with 16 points in the final, though franchise star Victor Wembanyama and No. 2 pick Dylan Harper scored 18 and 21 off the bench, respectively. Fox led San Antonio in scoring over six NBA Cup games, averaging 22.3 points with 7.7 assists and shooting 39.5% from deep.
