Miami Heat forward Nikola Jovic signed a four-year, $62.4-million rookie contract extension, his agents told ESPN's Shams Charania.
Jovic's new deal doesn't contain a team or player option in its final season, according to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
The Serbian is the fifth player to sign a rookie extension this offseason. He had until Oct. 20 to agree on a long-term contract with the Heat.
Jovic has spent his first three seasons in Miami after being drafted with the No. 27 overall pick in 2022.
The 22-year-old made strides last campaign, averaging a career-high 10.7 points, 3.9 boards, and 2.8 assists across 46 appearances.
