Milwaukee Bucks forward Joe Ingles will make his season debut Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans, his agent told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The decision was made after he completed a five-on-five workout on Saturday.
Ingles hasn't played since Jan. 30 after tearing his left ACL in a contest versus the Minnesota Timberwolves. He averaged 7.2 points, 3.5 assists, and 2.9 boards over 45 appearances with the Utah Jazz last season.
Milwaukee signed the veteran to a one-year, $6.5-million contract this past offseason.
Ingles' 3-point shooting and playmaking could provide a boost to the Bucks' 17th-ranked offense. The Australia native has registered nearly four assists per game and connected on 40.8% of his triples over his eight-year career.
