Cleveland Cavaliers rookie Evan Mobley is set to return from an elbow sprain Saturday against the Orlando Magic, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The 2021 third overall pick has been out since Nov. 15 and was originally slated to miss two-to-four weeks.
Mobley has been sensational to begin his NBA career, ranking second among rookies in points per game (14.6) and rebounds per game (8.0) while sitting 11th in the league with 1.6 blocks a night.
The Cavaliers have struggled in Mobley's absence, going 0-4 and allowing 112.5 points per contest, compared to just 101 with him in the lineup.
