LeBron James is hopeful he and 16-year-old son LeBron "Bronny" James Jr. will one day share an NBA court together.

"That's definitely one of my goals, but that's a long-term goal," James told reporters at the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, according to Mark Medina of USA Today. "My son right now is in high school and enjoying what being a teenager is all about. But that would be pretty cool to go on my resume."

James, 36, signed a two-year, $85-million extension with the Los Angeles Lakers in December that will keep him under contract through the 2022-23 season, while Bronny is set to graduate from high school in 2023.

Bronny averaged 4.1 points in 15 minutes per game as a freshman at Sierra Canyon School in 2019-20. He reportedly underwent surgery last month for a torn meniscus.
