The Brooklyn Nets and veteran free-agent forward Jeff Green reached an agreement on a deal, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Financial terms have yet to be disclosed.

Green was a late addition to the Houston Rockets last season as the team shored up its frontcourt depth before the playoffs. The 34-year-old fared well in the postseason, averaging 11.5 points on 43.1% 3-point shooting while grabbing 5.3 rebounds per contest. Houston ultimately fell to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round.

The Nets will be the 10th different franchise Green has played for over his lengthy career. He made his NBA debut with the Seattle SuperSonics in 2007-08.
