The Toronto Raptors have issued qualifying offers to Chris Boucher and Oshae Brissett, the team announced on Thursday.

Both players are now restricted free agents as a result.

Boucher emerged as an effective rim-protector in limited minutes last season off the bench, averaging one block per game along with 6.6 points and 4.5 rebounds in 62 appearances. Meanwhile, the 22-year-old Brissett split time between the Raptors and the G League's Raptors 905, averaging 14.9 points and 6.6 rebounds in 21 starts with the 905.

Toronto also issued Nando De Colo a qualifying offer, although the former NBA guard last played for the team in 2014. The Frenchman is currently playing in the Turkish Basketball Super League.

The club didn't give Malcolm Miller a qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent.

NBA free agency officially opens on Friday at 6 p.m. ET.
