Miami Heat center Kelly Olynyk has exercised his $13.6-million player option for the 2020-21 campaign, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
It's the final season of the four-year, $50-million contract he signed in 2017. Olynyk has started in 67 of his 222 appearances with Miami.
The Canadian averaged 8.2 points and shot a career-high 40.6% from beyond the arc in 2019-20.
Olynyk was originally selected 13th overall by the Dallas Mavericks in 2013. He was acquired by the Boston Celtics in a draft-day deal and went on to spend the first four years of his NBA career there.
