Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris checked back into Game 4 versus the Boston Celtics with 5:12 remaining in the fourth quarter despite being escorted from the court by team training staff with a left eye laceration earlier in the second half.

Harris was inadvertently undercut by Celtics star Jayson Tatum while contesting a shot in the third quarter, causing him to slam his head on the floor.

Harris left the game as his team's leading scorer with 16 points on 5-of-9 shooting.
