Veteran guard Jamal Crawford is still a free agent, and he isn't sure why.

"I know I can play, and I would think my reputation is still solid. It's baffling to me," Crawford told NBA.com's Shaun Powell.

The 39-year-old posted 7.9 points per game with the Phoenix Suns last season, his lowest average since the 2001-02 campaign.

While Crawford isn't the explosive bench scorer he once was, the former eighth overall pick proved he can still dial it up on any night.

The three-time Sixth Man of the Year ended the 2018-19 season on a torrid stretch, averaging 31.3 points on 55.1% shooting during his final four games - including a 51-point performance in the Suns' season finale.

"I'm kind of an outlier because you don't see anyone my age having games like that," Crawford said. "And I did it off the bench. A year earlier, in my 18th year, I was still averaging double figures. I can bring a multitude of things. I'll be ready for whatever team decides how I can fit into what they're trying to do."

Crawford is third on the NBA's all-time bench scoring list behind Lou Williams and Dell Curry.

He was the 2017-18 recipient of the Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award.
