Zion Williamson will take the floor Wednesday at the United Center, the site of the 2020 NBA All-Star Game.
There has been plenty of discussion about whether the New Orleans Pelicans rookie will participate in this year's Slam Dunk contest. With the festivities still more than four months away, Williamson says he's a "game-time" decision for the event, according to ESPN's Eric Woodyard.
"I don't know yet, if I'm being honest, depends on where I'm at," Williamson told Woodyard.
Before starring at Duke, Williamson was a viral sensation for his jaw-dropping slams and athleticism, and he's no stranger to dunk contests.
The 19-year-old defeated reigning NBA Slam Dunk champion Hamidou Diallo at the Under Armour Elite 24 competition in 2016 and was also victorious at the 2018 McDonald's All-American Dunk Contest.

Williamson was drafted first overall by the Pelicans this summer after a standout freshman year at Duke. He averaged 22.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.1 steals, and 1.8 blocks en route to earning the John R. Wooden Award as the nation's top male collegiate player.
