Australian big man Andrew Bogut was heated following his country's 95-88 double-overtime loss to Spain in the semifinals of the FIBA World Cup.

The former No. 1 overall pick sounded off on the officiating as he made his way to the locker room postgame.

"Google where the headquarters of fucking FIBA is," shouted Bogut. "It's a fucking disgrace."

In case you're wondering, FIBA has been based in Mies, Switzerland since 2013.

Bogut's anger may have stemmed from a loose-ball foul called on him with the Boomers up 70-69 with 8.7 seconds remaining in regulation. Afterward, the 34-year-old flashed the money gesture toward the referees. The decision resulted in the go-ahead free throws from Spanish center Marc Gasol. Patty Mills then split a pair of free-throw attempts on the ensuing possession to send the game into overtime.

Friday's matchup was a chance at redemption. Six members of Australia's roster competed at the 2016 Olympics, where the Boomers finished fourth after losing to Spain by one point in the bronze-medal game.

The clash three years ago was eerily similar, as the Aussies were also whistled for a controversial foul which led to the game-winning free throws.

Australian assistant coach Luc Longley was on the staff then and appeared to echo Bogut's criticism.

"I don’t know what we’ve gotta do," Longley told reporters, including Olgun Uluc of Fox Sports Australia. "We’ve gotta find an altar somewhere and burn a sacrifice, or do something for the basketball gods, because they’re not kissing us on the dick yet, like they do Spain. You can print that if you want.

"Spain gets kissed on the dick by the basketball gods every time we play them."

The referees have been a hot topic throughout the tournament. Greek head coach Thanasis Skourtopoulos was critical of the way reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was treated following his team's second-round exit.

FIBA also had to suspend a group of referees after a missed call that effectively eliminated Lithuania from the World Cup.
